How do I check my refund status?

To check the status of your return:

Go to the My Account page. Click on the Order History tab.

If your refund doesn’t appear in My Cases, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us so we can help you out. When you contact us for help, we may need your Client_log file to verify your eligibility for the refund. Here’s how you can find it:

PC

Hold the Windows key + R. In the command box that opens, type %AppData% then click OK. Click on AppData in the address bar. Open the Local folder, then the Origin folder, then open Logs. You should see the Client_log file in this folder.

Mac

Go to the Finder menu. Click File, then New Finder Window. Press Cmd + Shift + G. Search for ~Library/Application Support/Origin/Logs. You should see the Client_log file in this folder. Once you find the Client_log file, attach it to your case when you contact us.

This guy has recently set the new World Record for the longest gaming marathon, in which he reached a time of 135 hours and 50 minutes. The previous World Record was held by by Canadians Chris Gloyd and Timothy Bell, who played “Resistance” and “Resistance 2” for 120 hours and 7 minutes in March 2012. He accomplished the feat playing the new Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 game, which was released on November 13th, 2012. Not only did all the hours that he put in result in a World Record, but it also resulted in a career ranking on the new game, of 29th among some 5 million players – trust me, this is huge!. We also need to clarify that he didn’t actually play in one long and uninterrupted session. As a safety precaution, Guinness World Record rules allow players one ten-minute break every hour, and any unspent time is accumulated. In Kaya’s case though, he willingly skipped several breaks, which allowed him to catch a little sleep. A safety precaution to what, you might ask? Well, not to long ago there have been several other notable cases of gamers unfortunately dying from over-gaming. A 20-year-old gamer from England died from a pulmonary embolism after a lengthy gaming session. Also, a teen gamer in Taiwan died after a “Diablo 3” marathon.
