Continue holding those two buttons (Pair and Eject) for at least 10 to 15 seconds. You will get two “Power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. 3. Factory Reset Xbox One

If your Xbox One is powered on, press and hold the Xbox button on your console for at least 10 seconds to force shutdown. Press and hold the Pair and Eject buttons.
