Kpop bands are put together by entertainment companies. Some of the entertainment companies are: If a person wants to be in a band, the person must go to an audition into the company. Although some people have gotten scouted by the companies. Which means that the company saw the person and offered them an audition. Examples of people being scouted are Kim Seokjin from BTS, Jung Eun-ji from APink, and Oh Sehun from EXO. Once a person has gotten into they will sign a contract with the company and now the person is a trainee (a person in training to become an idol). As a trainee, will will train by taking singing, dancing, and acting lessons.The trainee will also have to take some language classes.
