Officially defined as a drop in body temperature below 95°F, hypothermia produces symptoms such as extreme shivering, weakened pulse, delirium, and poor balance. It’s far easier for you to contract hypothermia at night, especially if you’re in an area that’s damp. If you feel your temperature dropping, remove any wet clothes you have on because these only increase your risk of developing hypothermia.
