Please do not rush through and skim through as always…….STOP – CLOSE YOUR EYES and hear the gentle beat of your heart, before you end up on that by-pass! Not a single moment to waste from our mundane and humdrum activities to stop and ponder, feel our breath pumping rhythmically in and out. Sorry! We don’t have the time nor the inclination as we are clearly busy. Busy doing things we never dreamed off, when we were small. We are busy pushing paper, typing our daily work on laptops and cell phone working to score points, eye balls in the social media, offices and friends with no mind or motivation to even remotely thing of simple things in life that ought to matter. There are certain things in life where currency has no value, such as friends, family, and good memories. A priceless asset is something no amount of money could ever buy but that is probably valued more than any material item you own. From happiness to honesty, these are some of life's best treasures that cost nothing at all. We tend to forget what is: Free in Life.

Why because it is Free?

Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated. As we become wealthier, we seem to add more things to our homes. People use homes and treasures to justify that they have won the game of life. These days much of our self-worth is unconsciously associated with the amount of stuff we own; the brand names, and the latest trends. Doing one thing at a time – Avoid multi-tasking.Believe me other than the Chinese and Indians no one does multi-tasking. Yes, the west certainly does not! Slow down – Take a deep breath! Slow down the spinning wheel like a merry go around coming to a stop……..smell the coffee …..or rather sip with pleasure that cup of coffee or Chai. It’s easy to speed through your day and not notice the little things. Slowing down is a vital part of simplifying your life. Enjoy this moment – Live at the moment - The only time we are guaranteed to have is this moment. Life is so precious, yet we spend our most valuable resource, time, on things that are not important to us. Clear the clutter – Clearing the clutter from your home and from your life is easier said than done. But still do it. It is like clearing your messy table or removing the cob webs in your rather busy mind. Control your spending – You’ve heard the saying ‘The best things in life are free.’ Do you believe in it? Spending time with family and friends, laughing, experiencing heart-felt moments with a loved one – these times are precious, and free. Money brings comfort, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with enjoying that comfort. But it’s important to let go of spending that does not add value to our lives. Assure you, I am not here to impose my ideas.......but honestly money for simple moments of happiness seems a poor choice! Such things I life do not cost money and are all free. Yes there is a cost to it – the ultimate loss of Time until it is too late! Enjoy what you have – Be happy with whatever little you have! If you want to have more enjoyment in your life, enjoy what you have. Focus and think simple – KINS – KEEP IT NOW SIMPLE - Take some time to really focus on something simple – focus on your breathing, focus on drinking down a cold glass of water, focus on enjoying the simple things you do every day. Focus on your family tree (KITH & KIN) and whatever is there of it

We can find so much of ourselves and happiness in the small everyday things. They are there if we seek them, and when we seek, we shall find. More than a quarter of us say that just having someone be nice to us puts us in a good mood, so , then what stops you in finding that small bit of happiness?
