In today’s time, all demonstrate points to humanity evolving towards the fuller alive expression of spiritual values. The values of truths, peace, love, righteousness, and non- violence are found in all major spiritual paths, these spiritual paths are also human values and the fundamental roots of a vibrant, healthy and viable work career. Values are determined as something fascinating and worthy of esteem for their own sake. Human values are those values that help a person to live in harmony with the world. One should have respect for human values. With the collective business experience, it showed us that these five human values are the fundamental roots of vibrant, healthy and viable for individuals.

If we take an example:

Peace fosters creative and wise decisions

Truth fosters honest and trusts communications

Non- violence fosters win collaborations

Righteousness support high-quality work

Love promotes self- less service based on caring for others well being.

Yet we determine them to call human values rather than spiritual values. Spiritual values entail that they are something that human beings need to aspire and hopefully achieve someday. We all know that most people consider human nature as anything but spiritual- they typically see it as limited and imperfect. However, we know that we are spiritual beings first and foremost and that to be human is to be spiritual. So, by calling these spiritual values “human values” it reminds us that they are ingrained in our spiritual nature.

There are three principles that we emphasize:

These human values do not need to be taught or learned rather than they must be evoked or unveiled, sometimes by unlearning the ways we keep them hidden These human values represent humanity at its fullest These human values can be understood from three perspectives which are their cross-cultural expressions, their spiritual essence, and their expressions. While the spiritual essence of human values is genetic within us, the individual expressions and cross-cultural are learned, developed and practiced throughout our lifetime in the social environments we live and work in. By exploring the cross-cultural and individual expressions of these five human values, we can bring them forth in our everyday life and work.

Righteousness: Keep your agreements with your manager and co-workers, as well as with your customers too Inner Peace: Practice equanimity, even in crises in times of profit or loss or praise or blame Explore for yourself: Examine these five human values mean to me personally and how do I currently express each one of them at work.
