There’s nothing quite as disappointing as relying on someone to do something and having them go incommunicado or disappear on you. Don’t overcommit yourself. If you have a hard time saying no to people, you’re likely to set yourself up for failure. To prevent your disappointing people, avoid over-promising and under-delivering.
