Low blood sugar causes people to feel irritable, confused and fatigued. The body begins to increase production of cortisol, leaving us stressed and hangry. Skipping meals can also cause your metabolism to slow down, which can cause weight gain or make it harder to lose weight.

Sony will not abandon the PS4, and it’s considering content for the last-gen console on a case-by-case basis. Outside of the upcoming God of War Ragnarok – which will release on both PS5 and PS4 – the manufacturer is being unprecedentedly secretive about its upcoming slate of first-party projects. We know that Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 and Marvel’s Wolverine are in-development for the PS5, but beyond that, your guess is as good as ours. (Well, unless you read recent leaked documents, we guess.) However, Hermen Hulst – who’s the head of PlayStation Studios – is not ruling out further PS4 versions of its games moving into 2023 and beyond. “We certainly don’t want to forget the millions of active players on PS4, and we want to ensure there are great games for them as well,” he told newsletter Axios. “We’re evaluating it on a case-by-case basis.” Group president Jim Ryan ruffled feathers a few years ago by declaring that his company “believes in generations” – only for the vast majority of PS5’s first-party lineup to also launch on PS4. While his comments were taken out of context to some degree – and the Japanese giant has released several PS5-only experiences, like Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart – this latest statement may prove a bitter pill for some fans to swallow, as they believe ongoing PS4 development is blunting its newest console’s potential. It’ll be interesting to see which games continue to release on PS4 as we head into 2023, but we suppose Sony will need to actually announce some new projects before we can even begin to speculate.
